Our NYC Pastrami is available in both flat or round. Pastrami is usually made by curing the cut of beef in a heavily seasoned brine for a few days. It is then rubbed with a spice crust before being smoked to give it that distinct flavour. 

NOTE: Due to the way our cheeses and cold cuts are cut, we cannot guarantee an exact weight and price on our website.

It can be enjoyed on its own, or it can be used in charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. It can also be cooked, such as in a risotto or a pizza.

Store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 2 weeks. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper to prevent drying and odors from affecting the flavor.
