General questions

To contact Brera Deli & Butchery Support, you can reach out to our Deli Associates through the following channels during our official business hours:

Our official business hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 5PM, GMT +8.

Yes, we do. You have the option to pick up the items at your preferred outlet (Yakal St., Makati or Molito Alabang).

If you receive an item that matches any of the following criteria, you can request a review for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Wrong item: The product received does not match the one ordered on the website.
  • Tampered item: The product has been opened, unsealed, or uncorked upon receiving.
  • Item not safe for consumption: The product arrived spoiled and is unsafe to consume.

    To address these concerns, contact any of our support channels and provide the email address used to place the order, your order number, along with photos of the item in question. We will handle these concerns during our office business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The item will be arranged for pick-up from your address.

Payment concerns

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express)
  • Bank cash transfer to Security Bank and UnionBank.

Cash-on-delivery option is not available due to the highly perishable nature of the items. Our items also have limited stocks, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. All items must be paid upfront before they can be released and delivered.

Yes, we do accept bank cash transfer. You have until 2 PM of the next business day to settle your payment. Please send the proof of payment here as soon as you make the payment.

We do not accept check deposits as they take 2-3 banking days to clear. Payments must be settled in full before 2 PM of the next business day.

We prioritize your security during online transactions. Brera Deli & Butchery does not store your credit card information after your order is completed. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Credit Card Industry Law, ensuring the protection of your data.

To prevent credit card fraud, we have implemented security measures on our website. In case of any inconsistencies or the need for transaction review, we will take immediate action. Additional verification may be required from the primary cardholder in certain cases. We also adopt 3D Secure payer authentication, which requires a One-Time Password (OTP) for transactions.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the following cities in Metro Manila, which we refer to as our Priority Areas: Q.C., Marikina, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Manila, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, and Las Piñas.

For areas outside these Priority Areas, such as Valenzuela, Malabon, Antipolo, Cavite, and Bulacan, we review and consider delivery on a case-by-case basis. Kindly contact us directly at online@breradelibutchery for inquiries about these areas.

Free shipping is available for orders totaling Php 3000 and above in a single transaction. If your order amount is below Php 3000, a shipping fee of Php 300 will be added. These shipping terms apply only to the priority areas within Metro Manila.

Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM. There are no deliveries on Sundays. If there are any changes to the delivery hours, we will provide prior notice.

We have a cut-off time of 3PM on business days, Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed and paid before the 3PM cut-off will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and paid after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

The expected delivery time for orders placed before the cut-off is 24 hours within our delivery days. For example, if you place an order and settle the payment on a Friday before 2 PM, your order will arrive by the following Monday.

Please note that the 24-hour delivery commitment only applies to regular items and excludes special pre-ordered items, which have specific delivery dates per week.
