Mouth: Persistent in taste, thanks to its fine and enveloping
tannins that give an elegant pleasantness to this wine.

Medium-long maceration in contact with the grape skins, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months.

Pair with Beef Short Ribs, Lamb Rack, aged cheeses (gouda, comté, cheddar) and blue cheeses: gorgonzola
