Stonehorse by Kaesler is a true reflection of regional diversity and blending creativity. Stonehorse wines are a collection of estate grown vineyards in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley ranging in age from 15 to 45 years.

Fruit was hand-picked, put to open fermenters and hand plunged four times per day for 7 days. After malolactic fermentation, matured was in 2 and 3 year old French barriques. No fining or filtration.
