Eyes: Deep Purple
Nose: Blood plum, blueberry, kirsch comprehensivelydelivered with a kiss of spiced French oak.
Mouth: Poised but busy, initially expansive, svelte and high pixel tannin kept in muster with taught acid and punctuated with classy oak

All 22 parcels where fermented individually with oak selection fine-tuned to the want of each wine.No finings or filtration after having matured for around 18 months in a combination of new and 2-to-3-year-old French oak barrels.

Pair with hearty beef meals.
