The slightly salty, sharp flavour of Danish Blue works beautifully when crumbled over salads or pairs well when melted over pork and chicken dishes. Similarly, it always goes down well on a cheeseboard.

A Danish-style blue cheese, which is semi-soft in texture and cream in colour. The blue veining adds tangy flavour and makes it ideal in cooked dishes and as a dessert cheese.
