This Manchego is aged for 3 months and has been packed with olive oil and stored for 12 months. This helps to lock in the moisture and flavour, while still allowing the cheese to breathe.

Keep refrigerated.

Sheeps of the Manchega breed have grazed in our surroundings for centuries. Their milk is the only one that can be used to obtain one of the most precious foods in our region and in all of Spain: Manchego PDO cheese.
