Sheep's milk. Queso de Oveja. 3 months aging. Semi-hard.

Ripened sheep's cheese matured for 90 to 120 days and with less than 50% fat. In this delicious semi-cured cheese, you will find a perfect balance of flavour to taste with wine and other delicacies. Pure sheep's cheese is definitely a must-have in your cheese and charcuterie board at snack time.

Keep refrigerated at 2-8°C.
