Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella (shreds of stretched fresh cheese) and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. Burrata is smooth on the outside, lustrous white, and has a mild buttery taste.

Store at -18°C. Thaw at +4°C in 24 hours. After thawing, consume the product within 5 days after defrosting the sealed product. Do not refreeze once the package is opened.
